Shipping/Payment

Parcels are shipped within 24-48hrs (except weekends/ Canadian holidays). We ship Fedex, Canada Post Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority, US customers USPS Expedited only.

All orders are sent out Monday-Friday at 3pm EST (Except Canadian holidays)

All customers are emailed tracking numbers once orders are shipped and you will be left a card for you to pickup your parcel at your nearest post office so please make sure your GOVERNMENT ID matches the name on the parcel.

Although Canada post says your parcel will be delivered on a certain date or next day according to your tracking number you are provided please keep in mind they may not be delivered on that certain exact date as we use fake return addresses that are in the city of the customers location.

Also please keep in mind when your tracking your order on Canada Post website you may see that it has been “electronically submitted” for 1-4 days on some orders depending on your location, but please know your order has been shipped.
