Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 *If the bottle has been opened or used 

 *If the seal has been broken 

To complete your return, we require a order number when you made your purchase.

Do NOT send your purchase back to the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an e-transfer will be sent to your email that you provided when you made your order unless given another email to send the E-transfer to.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • We only accept etransfers, bank wire transfers,and for USA customers worldremit or remitly
  • If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across Canada and internationally where permitted by law.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Muscular Labs is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Muscular Labs is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. Users assume full responsibility for their purchase and consumption. We do not guarantee specific results, as individual responses to supplements may vary.
