What??? Why is this delivered to a CanPost kiosk??? I specified an address, and it wasn’t Canada Post. Now, I have a Canada Post enforced deadline for pickup, and I’m not going to be there on time. This should be waiting for me at my address, instead, it will be returned to sender…I hope you as the sender use a valid address, and will refund me once it is returned. Very disappointed.

When your order was placed through our website, our shipping policy clearly stated that a Canada Post pickup slip would be provided and that the package would need to be picked up at your nearest Canada Post location, unless otherwise specified in the order notes.
Unfortunately, no alternative delivery instructions were provided with your order, so it was shipped according to the shipping terms selected at checkout.
Because unclaimed packages are sent to the return address listed on the shipment, which is not our receiving address, we are unable to recover the package once it has been returned. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to reship or replace the order.
